Booking & Payment Terms

$400 refundable security deposit required to reserve your date, credit card will remain on file in case of any accidental damages to the space

Deposit returned within 7 days after event, pending inspection

Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to event (deposit not included)

$175 cleaning fee required for all bookings

Guests must remove all trash and personal items at event conclusio

Accepted payments: cash, cashier’s check, money order, or personal check (a $35 fee applies to returned checks)

Event insurance required: $1,000,000 one-day policy must be secured and submitted prior to venue access (coverage can be purchased through theeventhelper.com)

Additional Venue Guidelines

No glitter, confetti, or confetti-filled balloons permitted (to preserve the integrity of the space)

No nails, screws, staples, or thumbtacks in walls or surfaces; approved tape may be used on designated areas only

Furniture must be lifted when moved — please do not drag items across the floors

All trash and event materials must be removed and disposed of in designated dumpsters

A post-event checklist will be provided to ensure the space is properly reset

All personal items, rentals, and vendor materials must be removed at the conclusion of your event
